Our flagship program, The Anti-Racist Leadership Institute is designed to help education leaders build knowledge, skills, and ability, while concurrently developing a concise, high-yield plan of action to increase racial equity. This program, which includes a 40 hour educator, anti-racist master class and ongoing coaching and support, is a unique approach to racial equity consulting. In this model,  leaders in education institutions not only build their knowledge and set goals, but also implement the strategies over a 3 month period with the support of an expert anti-racist leadership coach.

The Role


This is a 1099 Contract Position of 10-15 hours per week.


Our Client Success Operations Specialist will not only provide operations support for their portfolio of clients, but also help enforce proper client database management and  help guide each client through a success funnel. This role is inaugural and will have the opportunity to shape our client success program from the ground up.


Service Description


Serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of lead/clients

  • Responds to all leads and client inquiries in a timely manner
  • Prepares client contracts accordingly
  • Executes as outlined in client contracts
  • Coordinates dates and times for trainings
  • Prepares and sends welcome materials to all of the client’s participants
  • Elevates any client concerns that cannot be directly addressed
  • Organizes any participant work into the appropriate virtual folders or CRM accounts


Maintains the cleanliness of the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) and holds others accountable for doing the same

  • Designs and maintains protocols for the use of the CRM according to best practice
  • Designs and regularly pulls and provides strategic reports to enhance the work of the team
  • Updates legacy information into the CRM database


Coordinates marketing campaigns focused on community value and moving leads and clients through the ideal client success pipeline

  • Leads the development of a standard marketing campaign
  • Supports the development of one-time marketing plans
  • Helps creates content for the marketing plan
  • Leads the coordination of content preparation amongst other team members
  • Collects data and testimonies to help improve our offerings and for marketing purposes


Required Education:


  • B.A., B.S. OR  Education and/or work experience equivalent
  • 3 years as part of a Client or Customer Success team
  • Familiarity with CRMs and their basic functions
  • Experience working with marketing teams to execute client campaigns

 

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience designing for and managing Social Media
  • Experience designing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Experience as an administrative assistant to VP or C- level staff
